No, you do not have to be home. Many of our customers leave a key or entry code and trust us to handle the job while they are at work or out for the day. We are background checked, insured, and trained to work professionally in your space with or without you present. If you prefer to be home during your first visit to see how we work, that is completely fine too. We are flexible.

Yes. Every member of our team goes through a thorough background check before their first job. We take the trust you place in us seriously. You are inviting us into your home or business, and we hold every team member to a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and respect. We hire carefully and train thoroughly.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to work with you. For recurring customers, we will hold your spot and reschedule to the next available time that works for you.

Yes. We bring everything we need to do the job, including our own cleaning products, mops, vacuums, and equipment. You do not need to provide anything. If you have specific products you prefer us to use in your home (for example, if someone has sensitivities to certain chemicals), just let us know in advance and we will accommodate where possible.

Pricing is based on several factors: the size of your home or space (number of bedrooms and bathrooms, or square footage), the type of clean you need (standard, deep, move-in/out), your location within our service area, and any add-ons you select. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges. We give you a clear price before we ever show up, and that is the price you pay.

Yes. Recurring customers receive a discounted rate compared to one-time bookings. The more frequently you schedule, the more you save per visit. Weekly and bi-weekly customers get our best rates. It is our way of rewarding loyal customers who let us take care of their home on a regular basis. Ask us about current recurring rates when you request your quote.

If you are not completely satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will come back and make it right at no additional charge. No runaround, no excuses. We stand behind every job we do. We want you to be genuinely happy with the results, and if something was missed or did not meet your expectations, we want to know about it so we can fix it.

We serve Lancaster and the surrounding communities throughout Lancaster County, including Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, Millersville, Columbia, Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, and Marietta. We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, and in some cases cash or check. Payment details are confirmed when you book your service. Recurring customers are typically set up on an automatic billing schedule for convenience. We do not require payment upfront for first-time customers. You pay after the job is done and you are satisfied.

Absolutely. For recurring customers, we assign a consistent team to your home so you get the same people every visit. They learn your preferences, your home layout, and your standards over time. We believe consistency builds trust, and we work hard to maintain that. If for any reason your assigned team member is unavailable for a visit, we will notify you in advance.

Yes, we offer Saturday availability for both residential and commercial clients. Sunday availability is limited and varies by week. If you need a weekend appointment, contact us early as those slots fill up quickly. For commercial clients, we offer full weekend service to work around your business hours.

We love animals and are comfortable working in pet-friendly homes. Just let us know you have pets when you book so we can plan accordingly. We are thorough about pet hair removal during our vacuuming and can pay extra attention to areas where pets spend most of their time. If your pet is anxious around strangers, we recommend securing them in a room or crate during the visit.
