Meet Cleaners & Co., Your Lancaster, PA Cleaning Team
A Lancaster-born cleaning company built on hard work, high standards, and a genuine commitment to the community we call home.
Born from a Need Our Customers Told Us About
Cleaners & Co. did not start with a business plan. It started with a pattern.
As customers moved with our sister company, Movers & Co., one request kept coming up: "Do you know anyone who can clean the place too?" Over and over, customers moving in or out were looking for a cleaning crew they could trust just as much as their movers. There was a clear need, and we were hearing it directly from the people we were already serving.
So we built it. Cleaners & Co. launched in 2026, backed by the experience and reputation of Movers & Co. and led by Priscilla, who brings years of hands-on experience in the professional cleaning industry. She knows what a thorough clean looks like and built our standards from the ground up with that knowledge.
From day one, our commitment has been to show up, do the work right, and treat every home and business like it belongs to someone we care about. Because it does. Our customers are our neighbors, and we take that seriously.
We are not the biggest cleaning company in Lancaster. We are working on being the best one.
What We Stand For
These are not just words on a wall. They are how we hire, how we train, and how we operate every single day.
Reliability
If we say we will be there, we will be there. Consistent, on-time service is not optional for us. It is the foundation of everything we do. You should never have to wonder if your cleaner is showing up.
Integrity
You are inviting us into your space. We treat that trust with respect. Our team is background checked, professional, and held to a high standard of conduct on every single job.
Quality
We do not do "good enough." We do thorough. Every clean is held against our internal checklist before we consider a job complete. The details matter, and we do not skip them.
Community
We are a Lancaster business serving Lancaster people. We reinvest in this community through the jobs we create and the service we provide. Local matters to us deeply.
The People Behind the Clean
Our team is the heart of Cleaners & Co. Every person who walks into your home or business has been personally trained, background checked, and held to our high standards of professionalism and care.
We are a team that genuinely enjoys what we do. And it shows. From the way we communicate with you before an appointment to the way we leave a space when we are finished, our people bring their best every single time.
We hire slowly and train thoroughly. When you choose Cleaners & Co., you get a consistent team that learns your space and your preferences over time. We are not sending strangers every visit. We are sending your team.
